AR ANNOVI REVERBERI RMW22G24-EZ Triplex Plunger Pump for Residential Use

Annovi Reverberi offers two different mounting configurations for its RMW22G24-EZ and RMW22G24-EZ-SX 2, 400 PSI triplex plunger pumps. This pump is designed for vertical gas engine driven units. The mounting difference between the two models can be seen in the pictures provided below.

The pump specifications are as follows: - Flow rate: 2.2 GPM at 2,400 PSI - Rotational speed: 3,400 RPM - The pump mounts directly onto the engine shaft using a keyed hollow shaft connection system. - The mounting flange provides a convenient connection to most 7/8" diameter shaft vertical gas engines in 4 - 7 HP (refer to the cc to HP chart) and fits most OEM carts. - The pump includes a built-in pressure control valve, downstream chemical injection system, EZ start valve, and thermal relief valve.

These 3-piston alternating volumetric pumps are designed for use on cleaning units and can be directly coupled to various types of motors. Different delivery connections are available, and an optional detergent suction system can be added. The pump features an integral regulating valve, a die-cast aluminum alloy pump body, and a swash plate mechanism to drive the pistons. The pump has two bearing systems to support the shaft and pistons, and the pistons are made of hardened and tempered steel. The pump head is made of pressed brass, and the pump uses a double gasket sealing system.
